Tonight’s Best Bet
Gray Gregson ( Graybone) has years of musical, songwriting and sound engineering experience and you will hear that in every joyous note tonight as Graybone plays the free concert in the park. His bluesy rock ‘n’ roll is just right for a summer’s evening; it’s foot-tapping, hand-clapping summer happiness in a bottle. The band mixes proficiently with Gregson’s voice bringing their own lightning bugs to the jar. The music starts at 7:30.
Presenter Kathleen Guerrero, who has been collecting bugs for 56 years, will discuss the lives of spiders, centipedes and other insects. Her insect collection – including a Goliath bird eater tarantula – will be on display as part of this presentation.
