A daily rundown of live entertainment in and around San Marcos tonight, compiled by Mercury Scene Editor Hap Mansfield and our content partners at San Marcos Tonight.
Garland, Texas native Will Arrington has one of those sweet and salty country voices that can charm the birds from the trees. He’s been honing his songwriting chops and has put together a formidable band all while attending Texas State. The subject of Arrington’s songs range a surprising gamut from alt-country girls to the beach to black stilletoes. He just released his first full length CD, “Miles Left To Go”, recorded at Woodshed Studios, and will celebrate that at the Cheatham Street Warehouse at 9 p.m.. Brett Hauser opens. This is one of those gigs people will lie about later and say they were there. Don’t be that person. You’ll love the music.
