Tonight’s Best Bet

There’s a musical smorgasbord served in San Marcos tonight from the smooth cool jazz of Ike Eichenberg to the homespun beauty of Bluegrass Night at Tantra Coffeehouse. If you want to get the daylights scared out of you, Don Giovanni will start its first night with the Texas State Opera. Composed by Mozart, Einstein’s favorite composer, the music is beautiful, sometimes blood chilling and always evocative. The devil will have his due at Evans Auditorium at 7:30 p.m.

He has every advantage in life. He seduces over two thousand women. He murders the high ranking father of one of his conquests. He lives a life of debauchery, drink, and sex, and treats everyone he meets with ridicule and humiliation.
