The University Star’s Melina Cowan interviews Kathryn Dagar, who owns the catering business her family started more than 60 years ago as a blue collar cafe on Sixth Street in Austin. The Dagars cater the club and luxury suite levels at Bobcat Stadium as well as on-campus special events. Kathryn Dagar and her husband both graduated from Texas State and her parents met there long before their catering enterprise was a twinkle in her father’s eye.
