Hays County will hold early voting for the Nov. 6 general election four full days on the Texas State University campus, the most since the last presidential contest in 2008.
Polls will be opened at the LBJ Student Center 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22 to Thursday, Oct. 25. On-campus early voting was originally scheduled to span just two days.
The Hays County Commissioners Court on Tuesday also added two days of early voting at Kyle City Hall. Before this week’s changes, Kyle residents would have had to vote early at Hays High School or Seton Medical Center, both of which remain on the schedule.
