Woman honored for reporting unattended child
Mayor Daniel Guerrero awards Nisa Hooper with a Safe Kids Badge of Courage Award. Hooper called 911 after seeing an unattended child in a vehicle outside a department store on May 22. More than 80 children have died of heat injury resulting from them being left inside a vehicle or entering a vehicle unnoticed in Texas since 1998.
