Newly surveyed cemetery lots for sale

Newly surveyed lots in the historic San Marcos City Cemetery will go on sale at 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 10 at the Cemetery Chapel, 1001 Old Ranch Road 12.
Some 92 lots in the recently surveyed Woodlawn Addition and 98 lots in the A.M. Ramsey Addition of the cemetery are now available for sale. Representatives of Maintenance Management, caretakers of the cemetery, will be there Tuesday.
The lots sell for $850 each plus a $16 filing fee and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Cemetery lots may also be purchased at the City’s Finance Department.
