STAFF REPORT
Dr. Lenore DePagter has been named practice administrator of Live Oak Health Partners Primary & Specialty Care, a physicians group managed by Central Texas Medical Center.
“I’m really energized and excited,” DePagter said. “I want Live Oak to be the premier multi-specialty group in the tri-county area.”
In addition to her administrative duties, DePagter, an osteopathic physician, sees adult and children patients at San Marcos Primary Care. She was previously chief medical officer and a clinic physician at Texas State University’s Student Health Center.
“She is a pillar in the local healthcare community, and she is eager to extend the hospital’s mission,” said Sam Huenergardt, the hospital’s president and chief executive officer.
DePagter received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Texas State University and a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple. She recently completed a stent as chair of the Young Physicians section of the Texas Medical Association.
