Audio: Study suggests Castle Doctrine increases homicides

States that embrace so-called Castle Doctrine laws experience a 7 to 9 percent increase in overall homicides, according to a new Texas A&M University study. ERA SUNDAR of KUT News reports on whether Texas’ law is living up to its intended purpose.
