Alamo Drafthouse presents “Road Warrior”

Billed as an “anti-human, fire-blasting rampage of utter destruction,” the Road Warrior Rolling Apocalyptic Roadshow will featured an outdoor screening of the “Mad Max 2” and live “thermonuclear flaming death race.” It is part of Alamo Drafthouse’s “Summer of ’82” series. Website here.

Texas Natural and Western Swing Festival

Festivities on the courthouse square until 5:30 p.m. then moves to San Marcos Plaza Stage on the river for the Western Swing Hall of Fame concert.

Time: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, May 19

Admission: Free. Limited reserved tables available.


Car Museum “Cruise In Night”

Bring your classic, antique, muscle, or unique car or bike for the cruise-in, held the third Saturday of every month. Website here.
