SUBMITTED REPORT

Austin’s self-proclaimed weirdest and most outrageous rock band One-Eyed Doll will return home again this month after weeks of being on the road with Cold and Wayne Static of Static X.

They are headlining “Weirdfest,” sponsored by KTSW-FM and Weird Magazine, at Texas Music Theater in San Marcos on Oct 29. Doors will open at 8 p.m. and supporting acts take the stage starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are $5 for people are 21 or older.

The band plans to turn up their “tricks” and stage antics an extra notch as a tribute to the season and as a “treat” to their fans from the region.

One-Eyed Doll has been busy recording their soon-to-be-released full-length album with acclaimed producer Sylvia Massy (Tool, System of a Down, Johnny Cash). Look for One-Eyed Doll on the road again this fall and winter including upcoming shows at Backstage Live in San Antonio on October 30 and The Boiler Room in Dallas on Oct 31.
