Man with knife spotted on campus

STAFF REPORT

Texas State University police are urging people not to confront an angry man with a knife who is moving across campus, last reported in the areas of Sessom Drive and Comanche Street areas.

A construction worker building a campus housing project threatened a co-worker with an 8 to 10-inch knife and then took off for his vehicle in the areas of Bobcat Village apartments on Aquarena Springs Drive.

He is described as six feet, 160 pounds with short hair and wearing a dark T-shirt and blue jeans. People are urged to stay away from him.

  1. The university report indicated that the man was caucasian– important as there are bound to be a lot of 6 ft. men wearing dark t-shirts and jeans. Also mentioned in the university alert that there might be a black Nissan involved.

    If he has been working for the university they must have lots of information about him. Please keep us updated.
