Graciela Tiscareño-Sato, author of Latinnovating: Green American Jobs and the Latinos Creating Them, will deliver the distinguished lecture during the McCoy College of Business’ 3rd Annual Business Leadership Week Feb. 14-18 at Texas State University.
The theme of this year’s event is “Exploring Business Sustainability” a topic chosen to complement the university’s Common Experience program.
Tiscareño-Sato is the founder and chief creative officer of Gracefully Global Group, LLC that consults with businesses seeking marketing and communications excellence. Previously she led the global Green Enterprise Initiative at Siemens Enterprise Networks headquartered in Munich, Germany. While there she helped enterprises understand the economic and environmental value of collaboration technologies. The adopted solutions dramatically reduced corporations’ real estate and energy needs, employee commutes and their overall carbon footprints.
The keynote address will be delivered by L. Celeste Bottorff, vice president of Living Well at Coca-Cola North America. Bottorff is responsible for building the strategic corporate reputation framework for Coca-Cola North America. In this capacity, her work is instrumental in designing and communicating the Company’s vision for how it delivers on its promise to consumers all across the country that Coca-Cola can be counted on to make a positive difference in their lives.
Other speakers include Diane Gottsman of the Protocol School of Texas with her highly praised etiquette dinner presentation. John Oehlke, vice president of the South Region at Coca-Cola North America will also present a guest lecture where he will offer tips for leadership success.
