Diamond Line to perform before Nationals

The San Marcos High School Diamond Line Dance Team will perform for the public on Thursday.

For the first time in San Marcos High School Diamond Line history, the team will be competing in a national competition.

On March 26-27, the Diamond Line will be in Galveston doing its routines at the Showtime National Drill Team Contest at the Moody Gardens Convention Center.

The Diamond Line Dancers will have a “Show-Off” Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the San Marcos High School gym to perform their contest routines. The Miller Middle School and Goodnight Middle School dance teams also will perform.

Tickets will be sold at the door and are $3 for adults and $1 for students.

The Diamond Line Dancers are directed by Michelle Knight.
