Benefit for Wimberly Players features 'almost' Patsy Cline Band

101810patsyclineThe Almost Patsy Cline Band will be featured at a benefit for the Wimberley Players on Nov. 7.

The Almost Patsy Cline Band will play on Nov. 7 for “Patsy! Boots and Barbecue!”, a benefit for the Wimberley Players. The event will take place from 3-7 p.m. at the 7 Star Ranch, 13501 RR 12 in Wimberley.

The event also will feature barbecue with all the fixings from the Salt Lick, a silent auction and a live auction of one-of-a-kind treasures.

The Almost Patsy Cline Band is known for playing the music of country western legends, as well telling a few anecdotes about Patsy Cline, Bob Wills and Johnny Cash. The afternoon will feature dancing to the music.

Tickets to “Patsty! Boots and Barbecue!” are $50 per person. They are available online at www.wimberlyplayers.org, or by calling Darlene Kukla at (512) 847-3884. Advanced ticket purchase is required.
