Pet Fest proclaimed by city

San Marcos Mayor Susan Narvaiz presented a proclamation honoring Pet Fest, an event  by Prevent a Litter (Pals) of Central Texas and the San Marcos Animal Shelter.

Pet Fest is a day-long event taking place Saturday at San Marcos Plaza Park and features family fun, food, music, entertainment.

PALs  promotes spay and neutering programs in San Marcos. The San Marcos Animal Shelter features a variety of pets ready to take home for adoption.
