Authorities have arrested three suspects — and are looking for a fourth — in the murder of Walter Capello, 35, of Lockhart whose body was found in the bed of a pickup truck during a traffic stop last week in New Braunfels.

Johnny Gilbert Solis Jr., 45, and Nemesio Garcia Jr., 31, both of San Marcos, and Eloy Davila Jr., 52, of Wimberley are charged with murder, said Lt. Leroy Opiela, the Hays County Sheriff’s office spokesperson.

Law enforcement officials are also seeking Paul Tovar, 42, of San Marcos in the case. Tovar is described as a Hispanic male weighing about 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His vehicle was found abandoned in San Antonio, Opiela said, and he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hays County Sheriff’s office at 512-393-7814 or Hays County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-324-8477.
