Texas Hospital Association (THA) Membership Manager Della Vallejo presents Central Texas Medical Center President/CEO Gary Jepson with an award recognizing the hospital’s 50th year in the THA.
Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC) marked its 50th anniversary as a member of the Texas Hospital Association (THA) in a ceremony last month.
CTMC is one of six hospitals throughout the state to receive a 50-year membership award from the association this year.
During a special presentation at CTMC July 9, THA Membership Manager Della Vallejo, presented the award to CTMC President/CEO Gary Jepson.
“Central Texas Medical Center has joined the ranks of an elite group of Texas hospitals that have achieved 50-year membership status in THA,” said Vallejo.
The THA is one of the largest hospital associations in the country, serving as the principal advocate for the state’s hospitals and health care systems. Based in Austin, THA enhances its members’ abilities to improve accessibility, quality and cost-effectiveness of health care for all Texans.
“Since CTMC was established in 1960, the hospital has had a supportive relationship with THA,” Jepson said. “We look forward to celebrating more milestones with the association.”Email | Print
