KYLE — Thunderhill Raceway will put on another card of automobile races Saturday.
The weekend festivities will begin Friday, with drivers and crews getting their cars ready for racing during an open test-n-tune practice session from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. The raceway has announced that it will turn on the lights for the testing session, for which grandstand admission is free.
Saturday’s session begins when the pit gate opens at 11 a.m. Scheduled practice sessions by class will begin at 11:45 a.m.
Grandstand gates will open at 4 p.m. Qualifying for all classes will begin at 4:15 p.m. Opening ceremonies will take place at 6 p.m., immediately followed by feature races for Texas Super Racing Series (TSRS) late models, TSRS Allison legacies, pro Mmodifieds, Texas pro sedans, bandoleros, NasKarts, ASA A-Line super stocks, thunder stocks, grand stocks and mini stocks.
