San Marcos officials recently presented a proclamation recognizing the Texas State’s Mathworks Program for Mathematics Awareness Month in April. The innovative program is internationally recognized as a center for mathematics education.
The award-winning Mathworks is a math education center at Texas State with core programs of summer math camps, teacher Ttraining and curriculum development. The Mathworks Junior Summer Math Camp and Honors Summer Math Camp are recognized throughout the country among the premier programs in the nation.
