STAFF REPORT

Just before the crack of dawn recently, members of the Hays County Historical Committee (HCHC) dropped by the Hays County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) to show support for the work law enforcement officers do on a daily basis.

The group didn’t only bring good wishes, though. The HCHC also brought loads of donuts, breakfast tacos and Starbuck’s coffee. The HCHC group arrived just as the shift was changing so that as many officers as possible could get a share of the goodies. More than 130 Law Enforcement Center employees got to partake in the gift of a morning repast.
