Mayor proclaims 'Greater Bethel Baptist Church Day'

San Marcos Mayor Susan Narvaiz recently proclaimed Nov. 8,  as “Greater Bethel Baptist Church Day,” recognizing the 126 years of spiritual leadership of the church. Greater Bethel Baptist Church, 726 Centre Street, was founded in 1883.
Christian Benn and Pastor Derrick Benn accepted the proclamation from the mayor.
