Chamber extends gala ticket deadline

The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce (SMACC) has extended its deadline to secure tables and tickets for the 2009 Awards Gala, which will take place Friday evening at the City of San Marcos Conference Center.

The deadline now is 5 p.m. Wednesday. Individual tickets are $60, while a table for ten costs $750. Call the chamber at (512) 393-5900 for more information.

The gala will start at 6 p.m. with a reception and silent auction. The dinner, program and live auction will start at 7:30 p.m., with an after party featuring live music and a poker tournament starting at 10 p.m.
