Susan Yankowitz’s play of mortality, “Terminal,” will take the stage at Texas State University for a late October run just in time for Halloween.
Directed by Aisha Melham, “Terminal” will hold performances at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29-30 as well as a 2 p.m. matinee Nov. 1. All performances will be held in the PHS Foundation Studio Theatre of the Theatre Center on campus.
In “Terminal,” Yankowitz explores the process of death, dying and the acceptance of one’s mortality. The play examines western practices in dealing with death and uses physical movement to express emotions exhibited when dealing with death.
Admission is $8 for the general public and $5 for students with a Texas State ID. Beginning Oct. 26, tickets can be purchased at the University Box Office in the Theatre Center, located at the corner of Moon Street and University Drive and available by phone at (512) 245-2204.
