Thunderhill to hold stock car spectacular

KYLE — Thunderhill Raceway will hold its Texas Stock Car Spectacular Friday and Saturday, featuring races from 12 different car classes.

The event will include Texas Super Racing Series (TSRS) late models, Pro modifieds, sportmods, pro trucks, TSRS Allison Legacys, dwarf cars, Texas pro sedans, ASA A-line super stocks, thunder stocks, grand stocks, mini stocks and Naskarts.

The opening ceremony and parade laps will begin Friday at 7 p.m. The races will include a mini stocks feature racce of 15 laps, a 27-lap NasKarts feature race, a 30-lap thunder stocks feature race and a 30-lap grand stocks feature race. The grandstand gates open at 5 p.m.

Saturday, the grandstands open at 5 p.m. and the opening ceremonies begin at 7 p.m. The races will include a 34-lap Texas pro sedan race, a 50-lap Allison Legacy race, a 20-lap dwarf car race, a 50-lap sportmods race, a 40-lap ASA A-line super stocks race, a 50-lap pro trucks race, a 50-lap pro modifieds race and a 75-lap TSTS late model race.
