San Marcos police are investigating an overnight shooting that claimed the life of Byron Burse, 30, at an apartment complex.
According to Cmdr. Terry Nichols, police responded to the Kelsea’s Place Apartments at 518 Linda Drive just after midnight after callers reported hearing gunshots in the complex.
