SMACC to hold legislative luncheon

The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce (SMACC) will hold its annual legislative update luncheon on July 30, from 11:30 a.m to 1 p.m.

State Senator Jeff Wentworth (R-San Antonio) and State Representative Patrick Rose (D-Dripping Springs) will discuss a variety of issues from the 2009 legislative session that affect local businesses.

The luncheon will take place at the City of San Marcos Conference Center, located at 3010 South Interstate 35. Tickets are $15 in advance. Tables with signage that seat eight are available for $200.
