County sponsors immunizations

The Hays County Personal Health Department is holding a back-to-school immunization clinic at the Wimberley Community Center, 14068 RR 12, on Friday, June 19, from 12:30-4 p.m.

Parents whose children or adolescents are in the Medicaid or CHIP program are asked to bring their child’s card with them. Otherwise, the cost is $15, regardless of the number of immunizations needed. No one will be turned away due to an inability to pay, according to Personal Health Department Director Priscilla Hargraves.
