Trustees candidates speak as election nears

The San Marcos CISD will conduct its election for two school board members on May 9. Four candidates are running for two at-large positions, with the top two vote recipients being elected to the school board.

The four candidates are sitting San Marcos CISD Trustees President Judy Allen, former San Marcos Mayor David Chiu, community activist Chris North and City of San Marcos meter technician Vincent Delgado.
