Chamber Ambassadors welcomed Sunset Electric LLC on Jan. 29. Jeanne Vincent, partner/owner with her husband, Tom Vincent, recently moved to the area from Kentucky. Pictured in front of their van, they offer a variety of electrical contracting services for both residential and commercial customers. They are headquartered in Seguin.

The Student Media Group

Chamber Ambassadors joined Kris Korteweg, President of the The Student Media Group, at the chamber office on Jan. 29 for a ribbon cutting that welcomed this Division of Springboard, Inc. to the chamber. They produce customized student daily planners and provide sales outsourcing solutions as well as advertising sales training/consulting. They are headquartered in West Chester, Penn., but have representatives that work in the local area.

teleNetwork Partners, LTD

Chamber Ambassadors participated in a special ribbon cutting on Jan. 30 at teleNetwork Partners, LTD’s new offices in San Marcos. Cutting the ribbon was owner Anthony Herrera. He was joined by his wife and partner, Jill Herrera, along with their children and grandchildren. Their new location in San Marcos is 350 Barnes, Ste. 105. They employ 900 people and have offices in both San Marcos and Austin. In addition, they provide Internet help-line services to a variety of customers and companies. At the conclusion of the ribbon cutting, employees, friends, family and other guests enjoyed a barbecue luncheon catered by fellow chamber member Michael Hernandez and staff of Woody’s Barbeque.
