Pets of the Week @ the animal shelter

Skeeter is a sweet mix of some kind of hound and something else – maybe shepherd. She has a lot of energy and likes to run and play, but she calms down inside. She would make a great companion for an active family. She doesn’t get along well with some other dogs. If you have other dogs, you will need to bring them to the shelter to do an interaction before adopting Skeeter. Skeeter is about two years old and has already been spayed. She weighs about 50 pounds. She has a short, low maintenance coat that will only need brushing about once per week.

Indigo is a neutered male brown tabby with short hair. He is estimated to be about a year old. He likes to be held and petted. He is a little hesitant about going to some people, but he warms up to almost everyone after a few minutes exploring them.
