The initial deadline to apply is November 12 at 5 p.m. at the City Clerk’s office, though applications are accepted on a continuing basis. The City Council will discuss appointments at a workshop on Tuesday, November 18 from 5 – 7 p.m. and is scheduled to make appointments December 16.
