  1. I really hope you catch the missing girl.
This is a very sad day for the parents of some of these minors.

  2. I appreciate your choice to not publish the picture of the minor. It is reprehensible what they have done, but to publish a mug shot of a minor could cause her great harm and lesson her chance to learn from her mistake. Bless you.

  3. One Sad Mother, the last suspect turned herself in to the San Marcos Police Department on Thursday morning according to the Austin Statesman.

  4. These guys were all my friends, logan was my best friend, and he was the one who pointd the gun at the cashier, i didnt know they were going to do this, and neither did they, they all popped whats known as a bar, which is a drug that really messes you up! And they all took 4 bars each! It was a last minute idea for them. Its still very bad that they did it. And i know amber and angel have a child together named trey, our friends sister has trey. all of them would never have robbed that store if they werent all psychod out by bars! But even though they did such a bad thing, they will always be my friends, and i will write and visit them often. And i will miss all of them.

  5. I’m pretty sure Logan and his friends are the ones who broke into all the cars on our street about a month before this. two weeks before this I saw Logan walk up behind my next door neighbor at around 2:am in the rain as she was getting something out of her car. I was standing on my patio smoking a cigarette and watched him walk up behind her and stop. he stood right behind her for a few seconds. she never noticed him. so I went through the house and turned on the front porch light. he turned back towards his house where he had just walked away from and walked away. when she went inside I turned the light off again and waited for him. with-in five mins he was walking past her house again. 2:am in the rain! I told her the next day… she said she never saw or heard him behind her. two weeks later he’s up for three counts of aggravated armed robbery! ????? I wonder… was she going to be his first victim?

  6. i hope all of them pay the price for what they did! Who cares if they were on “bars” I take bars! and you do not see me going out and endandering peoples lives! nobody forced them to do it. they all decided TOGETHER they were going to do this. They got caught and thats exactly what they deserve! complete idiots! And the poor baby is going to grow up without a mother or a father. all because they decided to screw up so majorly. I knew them all very well. they were ALL f*** ups if you ask me.

  7. I heard about this story a while back and didnt think much of it till just now. i didnt even know it got this serious. if you ask me the choice they made was was idiotic yes but think about this they are not charged with organized crime so this was a last minute decision. And yes i have tooken bard b4 and they can seriouslly effect your train of thought. So what ever was going thru there head at the time was a different side of who those actual ppl are. thats just my opinion.

  8. I’m glad they were all caught, and I’m glad they are not getting off lightly. I know some of the people who were in the store being robbed, and it doesn’t matter what/if they were on anything. They messed up, and now they are suffering the consequences. Their fault completely.

  9. amber IS my bestfriend. and her baby is my god son. i know what they did was wrong but that is no reason to publicly trash them. they are paying for their mistakes and this experience will make them more wise. for the person that called them f*** ups, you should shut your mouth. youve never done anything wrong? or youve never been caught? every body makes mistakes and this doesnt make them bad people. if you “know them very well” then you know theyre not bad people. they just made a bad choice and now theyre paying for it. this doesnt make you better than them. and by the way, before amber went to jail she was a wonderful mother. she jus got caught up…

  10. Sorry, but people don’t just get “caught up” in doing something like this. You claim that they made “a mistake”. People do make mistakes, sure. They might accidentally get a speeding ticket or have an auto accident. They might even make a bad mistake and lose their job. What these kids did, however, goes so far beyond a reasonable person’s definition of “mistake” that it isn’t even funny:

    –they were using drugs
–they were in possession of guns that couldn’t have been registered to them
–they robbed a store (and its patrons)
–they were found in possession of a stolen vehicle

None of that suggests in the slightest that anyone was “caught up” in anything. It suggests that these kids are criminals and consistently make the kind of choices that makes people end up….well, where these four will end up – in jail.

  11. James Allen only got 10 years probation, he got lucky, Fosdick got 5 years in prison plus 10 years probation and she didn’t even have the gun.
