Kyle Chamber of Commerce Channel: KACC puts on October sales seminar

From the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce

KYLE – The Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce (KACC) Business Development Committee is asking members, “Are Your Sales Hot?” Even if they are, don’t you want them to be hotter?

The KACC’s next Success in Business Seminar will answer the question of how to get your sales revved up, based on following up on your networking efforts. Expert presenters Flynn Nogueria and Sara Minnis of the Del Fuego Companies will talk about how to convert your networking efforts into sales.

Committee Chair Bob Hower, owner of RJ Hower Consulting Company, said this seminar will be the best yet.

“One of our great business fears is getting on the phone with an unknown prospect and trying to set up an initial meeting,” Hower said. “Flynn and Sarah will take us through a simple process to set up the meeting and then get the order. This is an ‘I can’t miss it’ seminar.”

Presenters Nogueria and Minnis promise to teach participants how to have the conversation to request the sales meeting and, then how to have the sales conversation that puts you in the “green.”

The seminar will be held Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 5:45 p.m. in the Minerva Falcon Community Room at Kyle City Hall on Center Street. It is sponsored by Barbara Penhall, CPA, and the City of Kyle Economic Development Department.

The cost is $20 for KACC members and $25 for non-members. To sign up, call the KACC office at (512) 268-4220, or log on to the website at www.kylechamber.org. Space is limited.
