If you drove down West Hopkins Thursday night, you probably noticed the throngs of people attired all in white and tables adorned with crystal trees. A live band played as guests cocktailed and celebrated the opening of MINK, a full service salon…the vision of owners Ray Reeves and Corey Casey.
The salon’s White Party featured white linens and balloons and several decorations which reflected the white dress code and theme.
Co-Owner Ray Reeves said, “The party was very successful, we plan to have a different theme party each year. We are thankful for the support of our family and friends but especially for the donation of their time and effort. The residents of Sam Marcos have been very receptive and supportive of our new business.”
With over 100 guests in attendance, it was easy to see what San Marcos has been waiting for. The white-themed evening showcased the spirit and passion of the staff and their environment. In addition to Reeves and Casey, the salon offers stylist Brittany Toney and Aesthetician Rachelle Alvarez.
