City projects getting funded through the sale of various types of bonds:

» $42,950,000 in Pass-Through Toll Revenue & Limited Tax Bonds: Wonder World Drive extension (FM 3407) from Hunter Road to Ranch Road 12 to be reimbursed by the Texas Department of Transportation after completion.

» $4,790,000 in General Obligation Bonds for 2005 voter-approved bond projects: Relocation of the Central Fire Station (Prop. 2); Sessom Drive Reconstruction (Prop. 4); Thorpe Lane/Hopkins Intersection (Prop. 4);Victory Gardens St. Reconstruction (Prop. 5); Bike & Pedestrian Improvements (Prop.6) and the Spring Lake Preserve (Prop. 1)

» $11,960,000 in Certificates of Obligation Bonds for capital projects: McCarty Lane improvements; Rio Vista Neighborhood street reconstruction; relocation of Central Fire Station; joint maintenance facility for Water/ Wastewater, Electric and Public Works Departments; river bank stabilization/restoration; fire engine; Aquarena Springs Drive/ I-35 lane improvements; Thorpe Lane/Hopkins intersection; Victory Gardens street reconstruction; bike and pedestrian improvements and other projects.

» $13,915,000 in Waterworks and Wastewater Revenue Bonds: Rio Vista neighborhood water/ wastewater improvements; Victory Gardens water lines; River Road water line; Spring Lake to Comanche 24″ main; joint maintenance facility for Water/ Wastewater, Electric and Public Works Departments; Oakridge booster pump improvements; Quail Run water line; other water pump station, distribution system, and main extensions.

» Wastewater Improvements: Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements; wastewater collection system replacements and improvements for Rio Vista neighborhood, Victory Gardens, Prime Outlets, Clara and Brown, Comanche Street, Sink Creek interceptor phase II; Eastside/ Willow Creek interceptor Phase III; Purgatory Creek, Roosevelt/ Patton/ South Mitchell Street, lift station improvements, and sanitary sewer evaluation survey and repairs.
