From staff reports

San Marcos High School won their appeal of the University Interscholastic League’s realignment that had put them in a San Antonio-centered district. Partially.

But in all other inter-school athletic and academic competitions, San Marcos will compete in District 17-4A along with Lockhart and Hays CISD’s Hays and Lehman high schools.
