Texas State offers small business training in Austin, Round Rock

Creating a Total Team

The fastest way to grow profits in any business is to get everyone working towards a common goal, as a committed team. This class examines the components of the financial section of the business plan. Key elements will be discussed in detail such as start–up costs, monthly expenses, source and use of funds, financial statement projections, and breakeven analysis.
